Hey there, I’m Lisa Reynolds, but you can call me LR. I live in Fort Worth, Texas, I share my life with my husband Bryant, our son, and our fur baby, a Doberman, Remi. We've rooted ourselves in the same home for over three decades, which means there's always a home improvement project in the works. While I adore sprucing up our space, my latest passion lies in gardening, a source of pure joy for me!

My journey towards holistic wellness began around 2008, when I grappled with severe gut issues and debilitating migraines. It seemed like everything I ate triggered intense stomach cramps akin to childbirth. The pain would hit within minutes, leaving me in a cold sweat, sometimes even causing blackouts. Amidst this physical turmoil, I battled with persistent depression, which only seemed to worsen over time.

Seeking medical guidance, I underwent colonoscopies and endoscopies, only to be diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) alongside stress and anxiety. Prescribed medications offered little relief, coupled with generic advice to manage my emotions. Frustrated and feeling abandoned by the healthcare system, I realized I needed to take control of my own well-being.

Research led me to the FODMAP Diet, a regimen targeting specific carbohydrates that can exacerbate gut issues. Alongside medication, I embarked on an elimination diet, painstakingly discovering what foods triggered discomfort. Despite these efforts, my diet wasn't always the healthiest, but it was a step towards reclaiming my health.

In my quest for alternatives, I stumbled upon essential oils. Initially skeptical, I delved into their potential benefits and gradually integrated them into my routine. What began as experimentation evolved into a transformative discovery. Young Living Essential Oils emerged as a beacon of hope, offering natural solutions and a supportive community.
